Built to never fail.

Most internet providers cut corners. We didn't. Every part of our network has been carefully engineered with extreme redundancy — so if something goes wrong, you stay online.

Core Network

Our core is built as a ring 🔄

Most networks are built in a straight line. If a fiber gets cut somewhere along the chain, everything downstream goes dark.

We built our network in a large ring topology. If one leg of the ring drops for any reason, traffic instantly rips the other direction around the loop — so you stay online while we fix the issue.

No outage. You'll probably never even know it happened.

Resilience at every layer 🛡️

Power outages, fiber cuts, snowstorms — we've designed around all of it.

Battery backup at every core site

When the power flickers, most providers go dark. Not us. Every single core site has battery backup built in, plus generators and local technicians on standby — so when the grid goes down, the internet stays up.

Resilient to adverse weather

Fixed wireless has a bad rap for unreliability in adverse weather conditions, but we're here to change that. Wasatch Broadband has rock solid performance in adverse weather — snow, wind, rain, you name it. It's all in how we've engineered the network, and our cutting-edge backup technology.

Not subject to fiber cuts

An unfortunate reality of fiber or cable internet is that the infrastructure is extemely delicate and usually only a few inches underground. Fiber is cut by construction, landscapers, or even field mice (trust us, we know)! Wasatch Broadband has fiber speed and latency, and with our technology being at the roof level with several layers of redundancy built in, one could make an argument that we're quite literally the most reliable internet provider in the state of Utah.
